Kaye Ralleta

Kaye grew up in a small coastal town in the Philippines, where life moved between calm and chaos, with lazy days by the sea mixed with the noise of the nearby city. Her father was an architect who could build anything from nothing, and her grandmother had a way of seeing the world through fabric, noticing how it could transform simple materials into something inspiring. She would often say, “Every line tells a story.” Those two worlds of structure and softness became the foundation of how Kaye sees design today.

She didn’t start in fashion right away. Curious and logical, Kaye studied software engineering and built a career in tech. It was stable and full of opportunities, but it never felt quite like home. Between meetings, she would sketch ideas. At night, her desk would disappear under fabric swatches, sketches, and patterns. What began as a quiet hobby slowly grew into something she could not ignore.

After moving to Sydney, everything changed. Kaye worked with one of Australia’s leading bridal designers, where she learned the language of couture, including precision, detail, and craftsmanship. She later worked with several Australian fashion brands, designing everything from tailored pieces to evening wear and knitwear. In between her professional work, she continued experimenting at home, turning her small apartment living room into a makeshift studio.

Kaye’s designs are built on contrasts, with sharp lines softened by fluid drape, strength balanced with elegance, and intellect intertwined with emotion. Every garment is intentional, designed to feel both powerful and subtly expressive. For Kaye, fashion is not just about appearance. It is about the story each piece holds, how it moves with the wearer, and how it inspires a sense of confidence and quiet power.
